摘要
以某履带式自行火炮为研究对象,分析了其运动特点,通过建立虚拟样机,研究了履带张紧力对炮口点运动的影响,研究结果表明:张紧力越大,火炮的重心越低;张紧力对火炮运动的影响可分为张紧和放松两种状态,在火炮发射过程中,张紧时炮口点的最大垂向位移一致、最大角速度一致,放松状态时也一致;张紧状态的峰值大于放松状态的峰值;在弹丸膛内运动时期,履带张紧力对炮口的运动也有影响,履带放松时,履带垂向速度波动比较大;炮口点角加速度随着张紧力的增大而减小;因此,为保证射击精度,在射击过程中应该使履带处于张紧状态,张紧力越大,射击精度越高。
The self-propelled gun was set to research, the movement characters was analyzed, the proto- type was established and the movements of muzzle center point effect by track tension force was re- searched. The result was as follows : the track tension force was stronger, the vertical displacement of body gravity center was lower; the self-propelled gun' s movement effected by tension force was divided into two statements: tensioned and released. During firing period, when the track was tensioned, in different ten- sion force, the maximum vertical displacement and maximum angular velocity of muzzle point were basical- ly as the same, so as the release statement; the maximum number in tension statement is bigger than re- lease statement; During in-bore period, the muzzle point was effect by track tension force, when the track was released, the fluctuation of vertical velocity was bigger; the tension force was stronger, the angular ac- celeration was smaller. So, in order to confirm the firing accuracy, the track system should be tensioned, the tension force was bigger, and the accuracy was higher.
