飞机电源车在线故障检测系统实现

On the Realization of the On-line Malfunction Detection System of the Aircraft Power Truck

提出了一个基于单片机的飞机地面电源车的检测系统,该系统利用自动化检测技术,通过对电源车各项参数的采集、存储、读取、分析,实现了对飞机地面电源车的全面检测,并对测试结果进行最终质量评估,确保了电源车在飞行保障前的可靠工作。实际使用表明该系统设计合理、使用稳定可靠,显著提高了地勤人员的飞行保障能力。

This paper proposed an aircraft ground power truck detection system based on single chip micro- computer. The system uses automatic detection technology, which through the power truck supply parame- ters collection, storage, reading, analysis, implements the comprehensive testing of aircraft ground power truck. Quality assessment, and the test results are finally appraised, to ensure that the reliable power sup- ply before flight. Practical use shows that the system design is reasonable, stable and reliable, which sig- nificantly improved the ground crew flight support capability.
