摘要
氚在军事、工业等领域中具有重要的作用,在氚尾气处理中的浓度采集与设备控制过程复杂。介绍了在分布式氚尾气处理设备中,氚浓度在线采集系统的原理和控制系统结构。采用工业控制计算机作为上位机负责数据的显示与存储,下位机负责数据的采集与控制,上位机与下位机均采用串口通信。系统实现了在线采集控制过程的智能化,由人机交互的界面软件完成对整个系统的管理。
Tritium plays an important role in military, industry and other fields. It is complex to obtain the concentration and control the equipment in removing waste tritium gas. The principles and structure of mo- nitoring system were introduced. To display and store the data in the industrial control computer as a host computer, the lower computer collects the data real-time and sends the control signal. Both of the host computer and lower computer are based on serial communication. The system realizes the intelligence of online collecting and controlling, and the man-machine interface manages all of the partial.
