摘要
法学教学的传统形式尽管有其可取之处但存在缺陷,在吸取最新科技成果云教学模式后,它在改进的基础上则可以具备更多技术优势。云技术的充分应用对于法学教学而言,意味着教学覆盖率的扩大、学生学习积极性的提高,以及教学资源的更好整合。通过合理搭建法律教育云模型,能够有效利用云技术在资源分享层面上的优势,进而使得法学教学模式在教师、学生以及管理者的三方互动中更好地利用科技达成教学相长之目的。
It is considered to be sensible that traditional mode of legal teaching can be technically improved, with its advantages mended and disadvantage fixed, in case of using latest achievement of Cloud-Tech. The application of this new mode, therefore, means expansions of coverage of teaching, a boost of learning initiative and the better integration of educational resources. So it is feasible to take this application of Cloud-Tech as the approach to reach goals of law teaching, such as teaching to benefit teachers as well as students, under interaction between teachers, students and managers.
