当前,公职人员的利益冲突问题受到广泛关注,中央也出台了许多应对措施,但收效甚微。近几年不断出现的奶粉事件从一定程度上反映我国在现行的市场竞争机制下,公职人员的个人利益与社会公共利益不相符,进而发生利益冲突。为了有效防止公职人员的利益冲突,必须从道德、行政处罚、监督机制等方面进行约束。
