新现实主义国际合作理论视角下的当前国际体系的变化与前景

Changes and Prospects of the Current International System under the View of Neo-realism’s International Cooperation Theory

新现实主义是在新的国际背景下对传统的现实主义的修正和补充,国际合作理论是其中重要的理论发展之一。新现实主义内部有着不同的国际合作观,但它们之中也存在着共通性。本文将国际合作分为全球性合作,发达国家间、发达国家和发展中国家间,以及发展中国家间的合作,利用新现实主义国际合作理论及其共通性来分析国际合作在冷战后与2008金融危机爆发后的变化,并进行前景展望。

Neo-realism is a kind of amendment and supplement to the traditional realism in the new international environment, and international cooperation theory is one of the important developments of neo- realism. In addition, there are several different international cooperation theories within neo-realism, but they have also some commonalities. Using the international cooperation theories of neo-realism and the commonalities, this paper will analyze the changes and prospects in the international cooperation after the Cold and the financial crisis, through the global cooperation, cooperation between the developed coun- tries, developed and developing countries, as well as cooperation among developing countries.
