摘要
分析高校英语教师能力的要素构成和结构特征,构建高校英语教师能力评价的体系框架,并从教学能力和科研能力两个层次出发定义了一个可扩展的高校英语教师能力评价指标模型,为实际的评价活动提供具体的可度量准则。
This paper analyses the element composition and structure features of college English teacher' s capability, constitutes an evaluation architecture for college English teacher' s capability. This pa- per also proposes a expandable reference model for college English teacher' s capability from two as- pects : research and teaching. It provides a concrete and measurable norm for practical evaluation activities.
