摘要
在当前中国经历的社会、经济、政治和文化变革中,"旧辄已破,新轨未立",矛盾丛生,医患矛盾无疑成为热点中的热点,并呈现出愈演愈烈的趋势。文化是社会变迁中内在深刻的、机理的存在,任何一种矛盾都不可能仅仅从经济基础和上层建筑寻找到完美的回答,且影响医患关系的因素具有多重性,使得医患矛盾更加复杂多样。当前出现的医患矛盾和传统文化价值观和信任机制的破坏、工具理性主义的盛行和社会舆论等因素密切相关。解决医患矛盾,必须重新确立人文精神的地位,加强人文关怀,同时建立完善的医疗保障体制,加强对新闻媒体的引导。
Currently,China has been under the change in the social,economic,political and cultural fields. The old structure has been broken,however,the new system has not been set up,and problems have arisen in all aspects. The medical conflicts will undoubtedly become one of the most serious problems,and showed a growing trend. Culture is a profound and inherent part in social changes,and we cannot find a perfect answer only from the economic foundation and superstructure,and the factors that affect the doctor-patient relationship are multiple,making it more complex and diverse. The medical conflicts are closely related to such factors as the destruction of the traditional values and trust mechanism,the prevalence of tool rationalism and public opinion etc. To solve the medical conflicts,the status of humanistic spirit must be reasserted and humanistic care should be paid attention. Besides,establishing the thorough medical security system,strengthening the guide to the news media are also extremely necessary.
