摘要
在法美学看来,法律之美除了体现在其内容美外,还体现在其词汇—语法层面的诗性特征和结构之美。从翻译美学的视角而言,审美目标在于"诚信适体、达意",故在法律翻译过程中应对原文的句子结构和语序等进行适当调整,以尽可能让原文和译文在语义上、情态上、功能上基本上等量齐观,使译文在形式上符合目的语的表达习惯,最终使译文符合译文读者的民族心理和接受心态而再现原文的美感。
From the perspective of the Aesthetics of Law,the beauty of law is exhibited in its contents and poetic features and structure at lexical-grammatical level. As far as translation aesthetics is concerned,the aesthetic goals lie in fitness and faith,it is vital to adjust structural and sentential order of source text,so as to enable the target text to comply with the conventions of target language,to maintain the beauty of target language and meanwhile reproduce the beauty of source language.
