《水果硬糖》虽然是惊悚剧情片,但又与传统的惊悚片有一些不同。实质上电影是对小红帽这个故事的颠覆和重构。在弗洛伊德的理论中,俄底浦斯情结和阉割情结终结了多种变态的可能性并造就了一个个"成年的"人。拉康以弗洛伊德为基础,提出了父亲不是一个人,而是象征界秩序的一个结构形成的原则。弗洛伊德认为对于男孩而言打断这种俄底浦斯欲求的是父亲,他以阉割相威胁。用另一部影片的名字来概括《水果硬糖》,"看上去很美"。

Although Hard Candy is a thriller,it has some difference with the traditional one. Substantially,the film is the subversion and reconstruction of the story of little red ridding hood. In Freud＇s theory,Oedipus complex and castration complex put an end to the possibility of a variety of abnormal condition and create many＂adult＂persons. Based on Freud＇s theory,Lacan proposed a theory that father is not just a person but the principle for structural formation of the symbolic order. In Freud＇s mind,for boys,father is the person who breaks the Oedipus complex with the threat of castration. Another film＇s name ＂Look good＂can sum up Hard Candy.
