摘要
从灾害风险学的角度考虑,将隧道因素与地层因素构建成危险性指数F1,设施等自身因素确定承灾体的易损性指数F2。以风险分级系统为基础,通过对危险指数和易损性指数进行分析,并按照一定的原则对其赋予适当的指数(或点数),然后通过数学方法综合起来,得到一个子系统或系统的指数(或点数),从而快速简单地估算相对风险等级。
According the principle of the disaster risk and geological factors, and facivities themselves are science, the risk index, FI , is related with tunnel factors regarded as vulnerability index, F2. Based on risk -rating system, the dangerousness and vulnerability assessment were analyzed separately, then were assigned to the ap propriate index( or points) in accordance with certain principles. Through mathematical methods a subsystem or system index( or points) was obtained to quickly and easily estimate the relative risk level.
