摘要
针对谐波小波在时域衰减速度慢的缺点,通过对时域表达式进行修改,得到频域光滑化的高斯谐波小波。在此基础上,提出基于高斯谐波小波变换的解调算法,并运用到齿轮箱故障诊断中。实验结果表明,高斯谐波小波能精确提取到包含调制信息的任意频段,能够为齿轮箱故障源的准确定位及故障程度的衡量提供可靠的判断依据。
According to the slow attenuation of harmonic wavelet in the time domain, the Gauss harmonic wavelet with smoothing frequency - domain was obtained though the alteration of the expression in the time domain. On this basis, the demodulation algorithm based on Gauss harmonic wavelet transform was proposed and applied to the gearbox frequency fault diagnosis. The results show that the Gauss harmonic wavelet can precisely extract the random band, including modulation information, which provides reliable criterion for accurate position fixing and fault degree measuring of gearbox
