摘要
硬脂酸与二乙醇胺两步法合成硬脂酸二乙醇酰胺 ,通过条件优化实验找到了较佳合成工艺。其优化合成条件为 ,第一步反应温度 1 70~ 1 75°C,投料比 1 .7,反应时间 4~ 5h;第二步反应温度 95°C,催化剂用量 w=0 .0 1 5,反应时间 2 .5~ 3h。两步法得到产品纯度达 90 % ,与甲酯法相近 ,比一步法提高了 30 %。
Stearic acid diethanolamide is an oil soluble nonionic surfactant and has the function of thickening. It has better emulsion property for wax. As a coating additive, it can promote waxy and oily effect for the leather finishing. The two step synthesis of stearic acid diethanolamide gives the product as pure as the product of ester exchanging method. The proper condition is as follows: the reaction was carried out at 170~175 °C with inventory ratio of 1.7 for 4~5h in first step and at 95 °C with catalyst for 2.5~3h in second step.
