共聚焦激光显微内镜在上消化道疾病中的应用新进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来内镜的发展得到了很大的提升,其中共聚焦激光显微内镜(confocal laser endomicroscopy,CLE)是目前国际上最新的内镜技术之一。它在传统电子内镜的基础上集成了共聚焦激光显微成像系统,可将内镜图像放大1000倍左右。同时,它可对黏膜进行一定深度的断层扫描成像,观察腺体、细胞核微血管的显微结构,有助于内镜下作出组织学诊断并指导靶向活检。
