摘要
联系电解槽生产实际对铝电解槽能量平衡进行深入剖析,讨论了能量平衡与电压、热损之间相互关系,明确了内热与炉帮厚度和散热的关系。在分析讨论铝电解槽技术参数与能量平衡关系的基础上,提出在能量平衡的观念下以炉膛控制为中心、以温度控制为重点、以铝量控制为基础的铝电解槽工艺控制策略。
In this paper energy balance of aluminum reduction pots is deeply analyzed combining with aluminum reduction production, the relationship among energy balance,voltage and thermal loss is discussed and the relationship among internal heat, pot ledge thickness and heat emission is defined. Based on analysis of the relationship between energy balance of aluminum reduction pots and technical parameters, a process controlling strategy is proposed, which takes controlling internal shape of pot cavity as a center,temperature controlling as a key point and controlling aluminum quantity as a base.
