摘要
在分析我国钛工业规模及应用基础之上,综述了云南省钛资源综合利用现状,重点介绍了钛渣冶炼、氯化法钛白、海绵钛、钛板卷轧制等方面技术,并结合云南省钛资源实际情况,提出了钛资源综合利用的发展思路:不断提升高钛渣的产能和品质,加速沸腾氯化法人造金红石的工业化生产,突破宽幅薄规格钛板卷的轧制技术,形成产业链,全面提升云南省在钛资源加工领域的整体水平,使其丰富的钛资源得到充分利用。
In this paper based on analyzing of titanium industrial scale and application in China, comprehensive utilization status of titanium resource in Yunnan province was reviewed and some technologies such as titanium slag smelting, titanium dioxide by chloride process, sponge titanium and titanium plate rolling were introduced. In order to fully utilize the rich titanium resources in Yunnan province, combined with the actual situation of titanium rcsources in Yunnan province, the development strategies of comprehensive utilization of titanium resource were proposed, which were increasing the titanium slag productivity and quality, accelerating industrial production of synthetic rotile, breakthrough rolling technology of titanium plate with wide and thin specifications, forming industry chain and improving the general level of titanium processing field.
