摘要
随着社会的发展和信息社会的来临,在线营销近年得到了飞速的发展.此文提出了在线数据库营销一套完整的模型体系,以及在我国实施在线数据库营销中企业应注意的问题.
In the recent years, the e--commerce has made a great progress in the world and has gained more and more interest. Based on this background, Online Database Marketing comes into being and grows up day after day. With the knowledge on 'traditional' marketing principles, the paper develops models for Online Database Marketing which is integrated with financial management system and production management system (ERP) and so on. With this idea, the company can improve the relationship with its customers and set up an optical system of Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, this paper also pays attention to the points which are important for the success of implementing Online Marketing in China.
