摘要
采用金相显微镜(OM)、拉伸测试、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和维氏硬度测量研究了在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中添加Ge对其微观组织及120℃时效处理条件下时效行为的影响。结果表明,添加Ge能显著细化合金晶粒。在120℃时效处理条件下,含Ge的合金比不含Ge的合金具有更高的硬度和强度。这主要是因为Ge与空位的巨大结合能,使合金中析出物的长大速度更慢。
Effect of Ge addition on microstructure and aging behavior of Al - Zn - Mg - Cu alloy at 120℃ had been investigated by using OM, tensile testing, TEM observation and Vickers hardness measurement. The results showed that the addition of Ge could refine the alloy grain sizes. After being aged at 120℃, the Ge containing alloy was much higher hardness and tensile strength than Ge - free alloy. The large binding energy between Ge and vacancy resulted in slower coarsening of precipitations in Ge addition alloys than in Ge - free alloy.
