Study on the Treatment of Electroplating Wastewater by Reactor of Iron/Carbon-Coagulation and Precipitation Process

摘要 采用铁屑 /炭反应器 -混凝沉淀工艺处理某电镀厂规模为 4 m3/h的电镀混合废水 .研究了反应器机理和工艺条件 .废水经处理后 ,总 Cr及Cr6+去除率达 99%以上 ,其他重金属去除率达 95%以上 ,处理水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)中的一级标准 ,无二次污染 .该工艺与传统的化学法工艺相比 ,具有工艺简单、占地少、投资及处理费用低、泥渣量少、操作方便的优点 . A scheme based on the reactor of iron/carbon-coagulation and precipitation process was adopted to treat the mixed electroplating wastewater with capacity of four cubic meters per hour.The mechanism of reactor and technological condition was studied.The treatment results showed that the removal ratios of total Cr and Cr 6+ exceeded 99 %,and the removal ratios of other metal-ions exceeded 95 %,the efficiency is good to meet the requirement of The National Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge(GB8978-96),there is no second pollution.Compared with traditional chemical technology the scheme has the advantages of simple process,less area and cost,and convenient operation.
