摘要 骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)属于TGF-β 超家族成员,是一种多功能的生长因子,对胚胎骨形成及出生后成骨有重要的作用,其中BMP-2 是最主要的骨形成调控因子.最近,BMP-2 在骨科临床中的应用取得了一些新的进展,现综述如下.
