摘要
在堆垛周期小于玻璃切割周期的情况下,将堆垛辊道分为左右两部分,并且分别由两台伺服电机驱动,实现左右单独控制。以较小的投入及改造即可及时恢复堆垛辊道的容纳能力,使得玻璃物流连续而无需等待或滞纳,提高了堆垛机的效率和安全性。
This article introduced that in the The condition of stacking period less than glass cutting cycle,the stacking table is divided into two parts, and the two parts were driven separated control by two servo motors. through small investment and reform, stacking roller capacity can be timely recovered,and this made glass logistics continuously without waiting or overdue, and improved the efficiency and security of the stacker.
