摘要
分析高层建筑防火分隔的主要问题,建议规范明确楼梯间窗口与住户窗口之间及底部商业网点窗口与住宅户内窗口之间的距离要求。分析高层建筑自然排烟有效性及排烟口有效面积,分析高层建筑室外消防给水及消火栓设计常见问题,提出应对措施。
Major problems of fire separation in high rise building were analyzed and suggestions of define the distance between windows of staircase and resident, define the distance between windows of bottom commercial branch and resident in Code were put forward. The effectiveness of natural smoke ventilation and the area of exhaust port were analyzed, and also the outside fire water supply and design of fire cabinet were ana lyzed, the countermeasures were put forward.
