摘要
对挤塑型聚苯乙烯保温板(XPS)的氧指数进行测定。利用建材燃烧热值试验机得到了挤塑型保温板的燃烧热值。结果表明:挤塑型聚苯乙烯保温材料的氧指数约为18.5;建材燃烧热值试验机测得的保温板的燃烧热值约为44.582 1MJ/kg;挤塑型聚苯乙烯保温板氧指数较小、易于燃烧,燃烧热值较大,燃烧放热量多,火灾危险性大。
Oxygen index of the extruded polystyrene foam(XPS) was measured by HC-- 2 type oxygen index tester. Heat of combustion of XPS was measured by heat of combustion testing apparatus. The result shows that oxygen index of the XPS measured by HC--2 type oxygen index tester was approximately 18.5. Heat of combustion of the XPS insulation board was approximately 44. 582 1 MJ/kg. Oxygen index of XPS insula- tion board is small. It is easy to burn and heat of combustion is larger. It has large fire risk.
