针对某商场租户擅自变更建筑使用性质导致安全性降低的问题,通过现场检查、进行重大火灾隐患的直接判定与综合判定、重新进行安全评估等方法,对违反消防安全要求的情况逐一进行分析,并提出相应的整改方案。着重分析厨房存在的问题及整改措施,并进行消防安全评估。

Against the problem of tenants changing building nature of use causing safety reduce of a shopping mall, and through inspecting in field, direct and comprehensive judging the project as major fire hazards, and evaluating the safety again, analyzed the cases fails the fire safety requirements, and provided improvement scheme. Problems in kitchen and coun- termeasures were focused on, and fire safety evaluation was conducted.
