中国高校微博的发展现状与完善策略——基于18所“985”高校微博案例的调查分析

以新浪微博为研究平台,对其中注册并认证的18个"985"高校官方微博进行调查分析,通过考察高校官方微博的信息发布数量、关注数、粉丝数、注册天数、原创率等指标,并对这18个样本微博进行内容分析,进一步研究大学微博的时间特征和议题特征,发现微博在我国高等教育领域已得到了一定程度的应用和普及,微博的应用为推进高等院校的科学发展做出了积极贡献。与此同时,高校官方微博也存在总体影响力和管理能力不高,微博之间缺乏互动等的现实问题,今后应进一步强化对高校官方微博的内容管理,合理应用网络语言和分配发博时间,不断拓展网络关系,并积极培养管理团队,不断促进微博管理能力的提升。

The author uses the Sina micro-blog as a research platform, and analyses the registration and certifica tion of the 18 ＂985＂ University official micro blog, amount of information, the official micro-blog on attention number, number of fans, the registered number, the original rate index, and 18 samples of content analysis, time and subject characteristics of further research in Colleges and universities the discovery of micro-biog. Micro-blog has been a certain degree of popularity in the field of higher education; it has made positive contributions to pro- moting the development of institutions of higher learning. At the same time, the overall influence and management ability of University official micro-blog is not high, with the lack of interaction between the micro-blogs. We should further strengthen the official micro-blog content management, rational use of language and the allocation of time, continuously expand the network relationship, to develop management team and improve micro-blog man agement ability.
