摘要 对航空运输军民融合物联网系统建设的业务功能、战技术指标、技术规范标准、信息资源、传输网络、技术设备、业务软件、部署单位,以及安全保密等方面的需求进行了初步分析,提出了航空运输军民融合物联网系统建设需求的详细内容。随着研究的不断深入,有关需求的内容与标准要求还应随之不断补充调整和优化完善。 In order to provide some theoretical references for the development and construction of military -civilian integrat- ed aviation transportation IOT system, the requirements on every aspect of the development and construction of military - ci- vilian integrated aviation transportation IOT system, including its operational functions, tactical and technical capabilities performance indexes, specifications, information resources, transporting networks, technical devices, business software, deploying units, as well as the safety and security, were analyzed and discussed in this paper.
