河北交通职业技术学院道桥专业通过大量的校内外调查,了解了校企合作中存在的问题及其原因,对校企合作人才培养模式进行了改革与创新,从人才培养方案、课程建设、考核方法、教学条件等方面进行了改进和建设,收到了明显的成效。

Based on large scale investigation on the specialty of road and bridge of Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College, the problems and causes existed in cooperation between college and enterprises are known. Reform and innovation for the model of cooperation between college and enterprise are carried out. Improvement course construction, examination method and construction are done from and teaching condition, and good student cultivation scheme, effect is obtained.
