摘要
本文根据SY/T0608-2006的规定,对低压储罐锚固装置的设计方法及应注意的问题进行了详细探讨。为防止低压储罐的提升力造成罐底边缘部分升离地面,导致罐底破裂,需在罐底加装锚固装置,将举升力传递至储罐基础。在锚固的设计过程中,举升力的来源不同,锚栓材料的许用应力也不同,本文对此进行了详细分析。
This paper introduces the design of anchor device on low pressure tank, based on the stipulation of SY/T0608-2006. In order to prevent the edge of tank bottom raised off the ground and lead to a broken of the tank bottom caused by the lifting force of low pressure, we need to set an anchor device on the tank bottom to transmit the lifting force to the base of tank. During the design process of the anchor, different lifting force corresponding different anchor material allowable stress. It is detailed analyzed in this paper.
