旅游作为服务消费的一种,已经成为居民生活必不可少的内容之一。而在旅游中首要问题是游客人身和财产安全问题,在此背景下,旅游保险业迅速发展。与蓬勃发展的旅游保险业形成巨大反差的是旅游保险人才无论从数量上还是质量上都远远不足,海南尤其如此,如何培养旅游保险人才以适应国际旅游岛建设发展需求已经成为时代热点话题。结合海南国际旅游岛建设背景、行业专业发展现状,从"课程包建设;三合一式实训;订单培养;岗位能力考核"几个方面出发,提出海南旅游保险人才培养对策建议。

As a kind of sewice consumption,tourism has become one essential content in the residents living. Under this background, travel insurance industry is developing rapidly although there still exist tourists personal and property safety problems in the tourism. A huge contrast with the booming tourism insurance is that travel insurance talents ,from both the quantity and quality ,are far less ,particularly in Hainan. So how to develop the tourism insur ance talents in order to adapt to the construction of international tourism island has become a hot topic of the times. Combined with the professional development of Hainan international tourism island＇s construction background, industry specialty, from the ＂Curriculum Package Cnstruction ; Triad - Type - Practical Training; Order Training; the Post Abihty Assessment＂ ,the article puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of Hainan tourism insurance talents＇ cultivation.
