血清IL-2和TNF水平检测对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的临床价值探讨

Diagnosis value of serum IL-2 and TNF levels on oral and maxillofacial tumors

对 32例口腔颌面部良性肿瘤、 2 5例恶性肿瘤手术前后患者及 2 0例正常对照者进行了血清白细胞介素2 (IL - 2 )及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)水平检测。结果发现 ,良性肿瘤组 IL - 2、 TNF水平均与对照组无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ;恶性肿瘤组 IL - 2水平与对照组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。血清 IL - 2水平与临床分期有关 ,手术前后差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 TNF水平与对照组无差异 ,手术前后也无明显变化。表明血清 IL- 2水平检测对口腔颌面部肿瘤的定性诊断、治疗过程。

WT5”BZ]The IL-2 and TNF were determined in 32 benign oral and Maxillofacial tumor cases,25 malignant oral and maxillofacial tumor cases before and after surgery,and 20 healthy people The results showed that there was no remarkable difference(P>0 05) between the IL-2 and TNF levels of the benign tumor cases and those of the healthy people,while the difference(P<0 01) was obvious between the IL-2 level of the malignant tumor cases and that of the healthy people The IL-2 level was related with the clinical stages of tumor,and the difference(P<0 01) was remarkable before and after surgery,but the TNF level was not different with the healthy people and there was no obvious change before and after surgery This indicates that it have higher clinical value of determining serum IL-2 level to determinate diagnosis,the observation of immunity function in the treatment process and the anticipation of cases for oral and maxillofacial tumor [WT5”HZ]
