Empirical analysis of operating performance of Nantong public companies in JiangSu

本文基于江苏南通上市公司2011年财务报表数据,设置企业经营业绩综合评价的指标,构建经营业绩分析模型,对南通市上市公司的经营业绩进行了实证分析。结果发现:南通市上市公司经营业良莠不齐。本研究结论可为广大关注南通板块的投资者提供投资决策信息,同时也对南通市管理机构、上市企业如何加强自身管理、提高经济效益等提供决策支持。

By analyzing financial data of 2011 annual financial reports {rom Nantong public companies in Jiangsu, setting up the evaluation index system of the operating performance and building up a framework of the operating performance factor analysis, the author has carried out an empirical analysis on Nantong public companies operating performance. The finding is that the Nantong public companies have an unequal and irregular operating performance, The conclusion can provide concerned Nantong investors with decision making informations and policy support of management improvement and economic efficiency for the Nantong industry.
