摘要 针对三本院校的外语教师的职业发展状况进行了问卷调查,目的是为了了解三本院校外语教师在职业发展过程中所出现的问题,以及对于这些问题应该如何积极应对。在调查结果的基础上,作者提出了一些合理化的意见和建议。 In this paper, a study has been conducted among foreign language teachers in non governmental colleges about their professional development. The purpose of the study is to know about the problems which have taken place in the process of professional development, and to deal with these problems. Some reasonable suggestions based on the result of the study have come out in the end.
