日前，国家发改委相关司局召集煤电企业，听取电煤并轨后煤炭和电力市场经营状况，以及煤价低迷状况下电价是否调整等事宜。

Recently,the relevant departments of the national development and reform commission,called in coal enterprises together to listen to operating conditions of coal and electric power market after the merger of coal and electric power,as well as whether electricity price needs adjusting under the situation of coal prices downturn.The national development and reform commission has received multiple applications from province governments to adjust electricity prices.Mainly is the request to cut industrial electricity price,in order to drive local industrial production.Among them,Guizhou has cut 2 cents in the name of the large user of direct power supply,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia began to measure the cut range of electricity price.At present,the domestic electricity price includes beginning-end price and terminal-end price,and terminal-end price including residential electricity,commercial electricity and industrial electricity,etc.After the change of beginning-end price for coalfired power plant,the terminal-end price will follow too.Consider the development for industry in the long run,the government should not interference the coal industry too much.According to market rules to regulate market,that is to provide cutdown space for electricity price- this is good for whole China's economic and social development.
