主动固定电极阈值变化的观察

Observation on the changes of the threshold of active fixation electrode

目的:观察主动固定电极导线阈值的变化情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:对成功植入永久起搏器并置放主动固定心室电极导线的31例患者进行观察随访,观察心室螺旋电极旋出后即刻、10 min、术后1周、1个月、3个月的起搏阈值变化。结果:起搏阈值在螺旋电极旋出后即刻增高(0.81±0.38)V(n=31),10分钟后下降至(0.59±0.22)V(n=31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后随访阈值变化不明显,与旋出即刻相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:主动固定电极螺旋旋出后即刻起搏阈值有所升高,但可在短时间内下降并能长期稳定在一个理想的水平。

Objective The aim of this study is to observe the changes in threshold of active fixation electrode and to explore the clinical significance of their application. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013 ,Thirty -one patients, undergoing active fixation lead im- plantation in our department,were enrolled. The pacing threshold at 0,10mintues, lweek, 1,3months were recorded respectively after the spiral electrodes were screwed. Results AT the moment of fixation, the pacing threshold was（0. 81 ± 0.38）V, however it decreased signifi- cantly to（0. 59 ± 0. 22） V after 10 minutes, there were statistically difference. And it kept stable for 3 months. Conclusion The thresholds of spiral electrodes rises immediately after being screwed, but decreased gradually and remain a stable.
