彩色多普勒超声对脐带绕颈的超声诊断价值及临床分析

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cord around neck and clinical analysis

目的:研究彩色多普勒超声对脐带绕颈的超声诊断价值和临床分析。方法:随机抽取经SIEMENS G50彩色血流多普勒超声诊断的脐带绕颈25例为观察组,另一组随机抽取经ALOKA 370 B超诊断的脐带绕颈25例为对照组。经顺产或剖宫产后证实其诊断正确率进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组比较,观察组正确率为96%,对照组为80%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对脐带绕颈的超声诊断具有重要临床价值。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck and clinical analy-sis. Methods in our hospital were randomly selected by Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of SIEMENS G50 color Doppler umbilical cord around the neck in 25 cases of the observation group. Another group of randomly selected by the ALOKA 370 B ultrasound diagnosis of um- bilical cord around the neck of 25 patients in the control group. After spontaneous delivery or caesarean section confirmed the correct diag- nostic rate comparison. Results the observation group compared with the control group, the observation group was 96%, control group 80%. There are obvious differences. Statistically difference between the two groups is significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck.
