提出了交叉学科智力资本协同机制的内涵,交叉学科智力资本协同机制表现为通过协调子系统的功能与运作,使各子系统相互协调、配合、相互促进,从而形成交叉学科科研系统的有序结构。并通过效用函数描述了交叉学科智力资本协同的表现形式是各单一学科科研团队之间的替代、互补和增进效应。

This paper introduces the connotation of interdiscipline intellectual capital synergistic mechanism. The mechanism makes subsystems coordinate and promote against each other through coordinating the function ＆ opera- tion of subsystems. Thus, an ordered structure of interdiscipline research system is formed. Using utility function, it describes interdiscipline intellectual capital synergy as the substitution, complementation and promotion effect of each subject research team.
