威灵仙外用对小鼠致痛模型的影响

Effect of Clematis on Pain Model in Mice

目的探讨威灵仙的镇痛作用。方法采用热板法和甲醛致痛法研究威灵仙外用的镇痛作用。结果威灵仙外用能提高热板致痛小鼠痛阈值(P<0.01),延长甲醛致痛小鼠疼痛潜伏期(P<0.01)和舔足次数(P<0.01)。结论威灵仙外用具有很好的镇痛作用。

Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of Clematis. Method The analgesic effect of Clematis was researched with hot plate and formalin induced pain. Result The topical Clematis could increase the pain threshold of mice caused by hot plate （P 〈 0.01 ） , to extend the pain latency of mice induced by formalin （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the number of licking （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The Topical Clematis has good analgesic effect.
