美皮康在气管切开中的应用

Clinical Effects of Mepilex on Patients with Tracheotomy

目的分析气管切开患者应用美皮康进行切口处理的临床效果。方法将行气管切开处理的患者76例,随机分组为A组和B组,各38例。A组患者使用传统纱布进行切口处理;B组患者应用美皮康进行切口处理。结果 B组患者的切口恢复效果明显优于A组患者;切口愈合时间显著短于A组;治疗过程中平均换药次数明显少于A组患者;切口的不良反应发生率显著低于A组;住院治疗时间明显短于A组;治疗后出现严重瘢痕的人数显著少于A组。结论应用美皮康对气管切开患者的切口进行处理,临床效果明显优于传统纱布处理方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Mepilex on patients with tracheotomy. Methods 76 cases with traeheotomy in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly： A and B group. There were 38 cases in each group. Traeheotomy surgery in group A were treated with traditional gauze, Mepilex was used instead of traditonal gauze in B group. Results Compared with group A, the recovery effects of incision were better, the healing time and hospitalization time were both shorter, the frequency of dress changing was less, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower, the scar formation rate was lower, too. Conclusion The clinical effects of Mepilex on patients with tracheotomy is better than traditional gauze.
