摘要
针对稠油开采和输送难度大的特点,利用微波技术进行稠油降黏实验研究。研究结果表明,原油的黏度随着微波加热温度的提高而降低,加热温度越高对稠油的流变性改善越明显,体现了微波降黏存在热效应和非热效应。微波降黏效果与水浴加热对比结果表明,当微波和水浴加热稠油到相同温度时,微波处理后稠油的流变性比水浴加热后的流变性改善更显著。同时进行了微波处理稠油后,稠油存放时间对降黏效果的影响实验研究,结果表明,应用微波技术处理稠油可改善原油的流变性,并具有时间短、效率高、节约成本等特点,而且,微波处理后,30d内稠油的黏度基本保持不变,说明微波技术在稠油开采和输送领域具有良好的应用前景。
To the difficulty of heavy oil's development and transportation, the microwave technology on heavy oil viscosity reduction experimental research was studied. The research result show that, the viscosity of the crude oil will decrease along with the microwave heating temperature increasing. The higher the temperature,the more obvious the rheology character of the heavy oil being improved. The effect of viscosity reduction by microwave and water bath heating were compared, the result show that, heating to the same temperature, the theology character of the heavy oil was improved more obvious by microwave than by water bath heating. The influence of storage time to the heavy oil's viscosity reduction by microwave was also studied. The result show that, the microwave technology can improve the theology character of the heavy oil, and with advantage of the short time, high efficiency and low cost. The effect of the heavy oil's viscosity reduction by microwave can keep almost stable in 30 days. The result can prove, the microwave technology has good future in heavy oil's development and transportation field.
