The aged of rural empty nests is a special group during the changing of the social style for the traditional structure of the two- elements affection with the predicament and crisis of the economic safeguard,living care and service,and sprint supporting and with the specificity and urgency of the retired living needing. From the safeguard and improvement of the people's living,we shall adapt to the special needing for the rural aged people's retired living to establish the more improvement of the rural retired living safeguard system.
