摘要
接受美学是20世纪文学研究的一种新范式和新兴方法论,它标志着文学批评理论的重心由关注作品、作者转向关注读者——文本关系。"意义未定性"是接受美学的核心概念,它是连接作者的创造意识和读者接受意识的桥梁。从"意义未定性"出发,对《边城》的三个英译本进行比较研究,重新审视现有的译本,则不难理解这些不同译本产生的原因。
As a new paradigm and influential methodology of the literary theories in the 20th century, reception aesthetics shifts the focus of literary criticism from the work and the author to the text - reader relationship. Indeterminacy is one of the key concepts of reception aesthetics, and it bridges the creative consciousness of the author and the receptive consciousness of the readers. This paper conducts a comparative study on the three English versions of Biancheng, and studies the reasons of why there are different versions.
