摘要 薪酬制度是企业人事管理的重要组成部分,良好的薪酬制度是现代企业增强竞争力和吸引人才的重要保障。然而市场经济条件下的劳资双方是典型的信息不对称案例,不同薪酬制度下劳资双方的信息优劣是不同的,以企业为自足点,分别从企业处于信息优势和员工处于信息优势建立两种博弈模型,分析造成他们的博弈损失的主要因素并提出有价值的解决办法和建议。 The pay system is an important part of corporate personnel management and the good pay system is an important guarantee for modem enterprises to enhance competitiveness and attract talent. However, the labor market economy conditions typical case of asym- metric information, information on the pros and cons of both employers and employees in different pay system is different, with enterprises as the self- sufficiency point information superiority is from the enterprise information advantages and staff in the establishment of two kinds of game model of the main factors causing the loss of their game and put forward valuable solutions and recommendations.
