医学研究生决断力水平的高低与安全性行为研究

Study on Assertiveness and Sexual Practice among Medical Graduate Students

目的 通过对医学研究生决断力水平的研究了解该人群的安全性行为趋势。方法 在北京和河北地区各选择一所面向全国招生的医学院校,对其一年级研究生的决断力水平及安全性行为进行问卷调查。结果 男女对一般事物的决断力水平有显著性差异,男性的决断力高于女性,尤其表现在对事物的决策能力及领导能力方面;面对于性方面的决断力,被调查者总的决断力水平较低,平均得分3.67±0.33(6分制),不同性别间无显著性差别。结论 医学研究生对一般事物的决断力水平与性方面的决断力水平之间未发现相关性。性决断力水平的高低与是否使用避孕套之间未发现相关性。

Objective To study the level of assertiveness amongst medical graduate students and understand safe sexual practice of them. Methods From August to December 1998, self administered anonymous questionnaire including level of assertiveness and sexual practice was given to 271 new medical graduate students in two medical colleges in Beijing and Hebei province. Results As to the assertiveness related lo general mailers male students was significantly higher than that of female ones (P<0. 05), especially the abilities of leadership and decision. The sexual assertive level of them was prevailingly low, and the median score of it was only 3.67 ±0.33(full score: 6.00). Conclusion There were no interrelations found between the sexual assertiveness and (he condom use, aswell as the abilities of assertiucness to general matters and sexuality.
