采用以沉淀二氧化硅处理过的含硅聚醚和二甲基硅油作为消泡剂的主要有效成分，配以高效的复合乳化分散体系制备了消泡剂XPS-20。介绍了消泡剂有效成分、复合乳化剂及配比的筛选过程。确定最佳消泡剂配方为含硅聚醚质量分数为6％～7％，二甲基硅油质量分数为10％-12％。乳化分散剂质量分数为6％，余量为水。此种消泡剂的消泡率达90％以上，并在油田原油、钻井泥浆、延迟焦化、造纸、发酵、污水处理等行业成功推广应用，得到了用户的好评。
