摘要
左旋多巴产品生产中的脱甲基反应是一步非常重要的化学反应过程,其为高温高压的反应,整个反应体积大,其中大部分为37%高纯盐酸,具有强腐蚀性,在生产过程中罐底阀的泄漏将会带来严重的后果。本文通过对脱甲基反应的技术条件研究,采用电气技术手段对罐底阀进行安全改造,收到了非常好的效果,既创造了巨大的经济效益,又保障了安全生产。
Demethylation reaction is a very important process of the levodopa production. The volume of the reaction which is usually done under high temperature and high pressure is large. Most of reactant is concentrated hydrochlorice acid with strong causticity. Leakage of the valve of the tank bottom will bring about serious consequences during the manufacturing process. The technical specification for demethylation reaction was studied. The tank bottom was modified with better results that great economic profit for the company was created and production safety was improved.
