摘要
推荐一个适合高职学生的精细有机合成实验-肉桂酸的合成,碳酸钾为催化剂,以苯甲醛和乙酸酐为原料加热回流30min,然后通过水蒸气蒸馏除去未反应完全的原料,粗产物用水重结晶可得较好收率的肉桂酸固体。通过实验可以让学生掌握碱催化羟醛缩合的基本原理以及水蒸气蒸馏的基本原理及操作。
Recommending a Synthesis Principle of Fine Chemicals experiment suitable for advanced vocational students - synthesis of cinnamic acid. Using potassium carbonate as catalyst, benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride were heated to reflux for 30min, and then through steam distillation to remove remaining raw materials, the cinnamic acid solid were obtained by recrystallizing crude product. Through the experiment can make students master the base catalyzed condensation principle, the principle and the basic operation of steam distillation.
