摘要
本文简述了氯化汞触媒的特点,分析了VCM合成反应中原料、反应温度及工艺控制等因素对触媒寿命的影响形式,并概括和总结了一些延长触媒寿命的措施,以便PVC生产企业在技术改造和工艺优化时借鉴和参考。
This paper stated the characteristics of catalysts, and analyzed the effects of raw materials, temperature and process on catalysts life during synthesis reactions of VCM. To offer references for technique innovation and process optimization, this paper proposed some ways to prolong catalyst life.
