本文介绍了属国内先进的济钢HPF法—塔式脱硫工艺,该工艺自开工运行以来出现了许多设备、工艺问题,济钢化工厂针对运行中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,经过不断的实践探索,一塔式脱硫新工艺最终稳定运行,取得了较好的脱硫效果。

This paper introduce the HPF desulfurization process application of single tower in Jigang. The process started operation since there are many technological and equipment problems. Chemical plant of Jinan according to the problems in operation, puts forward the solving measures, through continuous exploration and practice, desulfurization process application of single tower process finally stable operation, achieved better desulfurization effect.
