摘要
针对目前大型炼钢厂中常见的电渣炉、电弧炉、LF炉的短网大电流线路,很难直接测量相应电炉的电感、电阻等参数。本文通过电渣炉的短路实验方法分析短网的电阻、电抗,可以有效的寻找出合理的、经济工作点(电流、电压),由此计算出炉口电压。该方法可以有效指导正常冶炼工艺,为电渣炉、电弧炉等其他炼钢炉的电气设计人员提供很好的实际依据和理论依据。
For the short net current line exited in the large steelworks common electroslag furnace, arc furnace, LF, it is difficult to directly measure the the corresponding electric furnace inductance, resistance, and other parameters. This article provides one way through the short experimental methods of electroslag furnace short network of resistance, reactance, so you can find out the reasonable economic operating point (current and voltage), which baked mouth voltage is calculated. The method can effectively guide the the normal smelting process, provide actual evidence and theoretical basis for designers of electroslag furnace, electric arc furnace steel-making furnaces, etc.
