铁芯材料对大间隙磁力传动系统驱动性能的影响

摘要 为提高大间隙磁力传动系统的驱动性能,针对系统电磁体铁芯提出了采用取向硅钢片替代无取向硅钢片.利用ANSYS仿真分析了2种硅钢片铁芯电磁体产生的驱动力矩,并通过轴流式血泵负载实验比较了2种电磁体的驱动性能.结果表明:在电流相同的情况下,有取向硅钢片电磁体产生的驱动力矩高于无取向硅钢片电磁体,为系统电磁体结构、尺寸方面的优化提供了依据. In order to improve the driving properties of the large gap magnetic drive system, the oriented silicon steel sheets was used to be the electromagnet core instead of the non-oriented one. Then the driving torques generated by the two kinds of the electromagnet cores was analyzed by ANSYS, and the driving properties of the two kinds of electromagnet cores were compared through experiment. The experimental results show that the drive torque generated by the elec- tromagnet core of the oriented silicon steel sheet is higher than that of the non-oriented one in the case of the same current, to provide a basis of the optimization on the electromagnetic structure and size.
